Mammoth Grove Rd. marks the south-east boundary of the subject property. From Hwy 60 in Lake Wales head east until you reach Buck Moore on the left across from Wal-Mart. On Buck Moore go 1.25 miles and turn right on to 17A/Masterpiece Gardens Rd. and the property will be approximately 1 mile on the left.

Frontage

On Masterpiece Gardens Rd. there is approx. ¾ of a mile of paved road frontage to the east of the property and 1 mile of paved road frontage to the south on Mammoth Grove Rd.

Land Use

Currently it is zoned RS in the county which translates: Lands for the continuation of productive agricultural uses with a base density of one dwelling unit per five acres, but may allow up to three dwelling units per acre under special approval.
